Shipping Policy
When will I receive my Topdc product?
Order processing normally take 1-2 business day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and are normally delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving the order except for holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. In general, you will receive your product in around 7 days.
(Prices include consumption tax and fees.)
Please NOTE:
We currently do NOT ship to PO BOX, APO, FPO addresses and islands outside the continental USA. We do NOT take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items not received even after the tracking status shows that it was delivered from the carrier website. Once the carrier site shows that the package was delivered, then we have fulfilled our service of shipping the item to you with the valid tracking number.

Please Note: We have different postage standards for different regions, and the postage will vary according to the logistics cost. For remote areas, the postage is subject to the actual accounting by the logistics party.
